Industry veteran Zach Arnold is the new creative director at Rooster Strategic Solutions. Arnold brings a strong background in brand building, art direction, design and providing creative direction using cross-platform, multi-channel approaches to the firm.

He most recently was executive creative director at OBP, where he previously held associate creative director and senior art director positions. Arnold also served as vice president/creative director at Fleishman Hillard; senior art director at the Waylon Agency; senior art director at Jump Company; and art director for Red Letter Communications.

During the course of his career, Arnold has developed and led communications campaigns for a variety of agricultural clients, including Monsanto, Bayer Crop Science, DEKALB/Asgrow, Merck Animal Health, Nutrien Ag Solutions, United Soybean Board, National 4-H, Farm Credit, AGCO, KINZE, GSI, ADM and NCGA.

The new Rooster creative director also has extensive experience with many blue-chip national brands, including NASCAR, STIHL, Budweiser, Wells Fargo, Bass Pro Shops, the St. Louis Cardinals, General Motors, AT&T, Samsung, Boy Scouts of America, Emerson, Levis and Energizer batteries.

His work has also been honored by numerous professional art and design organizations, including Creativity, Graphis and a Judge’s Pick award by the American Institute of Graphic Artists.
