An audience’s decision to engage with a brand online is researched, dissected, manipulated and ultimately the cornerstone of much of what we do in digital marketing. So monitoring those decisions in specific key categories can show which brands are either really good or which are offering good content, which can overcome other shortcomings.
Third parties, like SEM Rush try to make reasoned comparisons. They hit and miss of course. But apples to apples comps are worth evaluating. So I will.
