Digital marketing and sales is a highly competitive arena. Heck, the leading tools involved (Facebook ads, Google search and programmatic advertising) are all auction-based entities. That promotes the competitiveness all the more.

But there is a civility among the premium players. A shared understanding that only a percentage rise above the fray and care about privacy, fraud, poor business practices, unfair contracts, etc. The best stand out. This just isn’t a kill or be killed industry. And that is very healthy and human.
