Finishing up any given year in digital looks different based on where you sit in the chain.

Vendors are either trying to sell harder or hammer down holiday hours with customers. Publishers are trying to get everything delivered and shoe horn in even more. I’ve been on that side. Aching over delivery reports on New Year’s Eve instead of celebrating. Poor sods.

On the digital practitioner side of things, it is different. We are getting ourselves organized for the next year, starting with executing the January schedule. Here are three things I do each year-end to be prepared for what’s coming.

Start off 2023 Right
