Artificial Intelligence is the present and future of digital marketing and sales. Without it we won’t be able to feed the world the personalized experiences we’ve trained them to expect.

But like every other digital tool to come along, there will be good uses and bad uses.

Take for example, current AI-powered job alert notifications. I’m sure we all receive them even if we are loving our current job. Loving it. Somehow, some way, the job site believes I would be perfect as an entry level account person making a third of what I make today. Facebook suggested today that one of my co-workers take on a job as a barn worker. AI or not, the results are poor.
