CLINTON, ILL., April 1, 2022 – Brenda Reagan and Carrie Lessard have joined Rooster to further enhance the company’s creative capabilities.
Reagan comes on board as production studio director and will support the creative and project management teams in the execution of campaign deliverables across a variety of media. She brings 25 years of advertising and marketing communications experience to Rooster, including design work for print, digital, outdoor and other advertising and brand development tactics.
Reagan was previously an associate creative director at Sandbox, where she developed concepts and design systems for a variety of visual print and digital communications. Before Sandbox, she held positions as associate creative director for Two West and was a senior art director at Grey Healthcare Group.

A Kansas City native, Reagan has family members who operate corn, soybean and livestock operations in Nebraska. That exposure to farm life led her to a love of horses, riding, equestrian shows and competitions. She holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in fine art from the University of Central Missouri.
Carrie Lessard joins Rooster as associate creative director responsible for developing strategic concepts for client campaigns and projects. She will also assist the creative director with the evaluation of creative work for its effectiveness in translating client objectives into compelling ideas.
Lessard was most recently associate creative director at Merge, where she worked on a variety of blue-chip accounts, including Boston Scientific and Abbott, and several pharmaceutical product launches. Previous experience includes positions as design lead and associate creative director at Ervin & Smith Advertising and Public Relations; senior art director at The Foundary/Hayneedle; art director at Bozell; and designer/web manager for the Omaha Performing Arts Society.
Other notable brands that Lessard has worked with include Archer Daniels Midland, First National Bank, Omaha Steaks and TD Ameritrade. In addition to her agency work, she also operated a successful strategy and design freelancing business for seven years.
A native of Sioux City, Iowa, Lessard spent time growing up visiting her grandparents’ Iowa corn and soybean farm. She holds an associate degree in design from The Creative Center and a bachelor’s degree in marketing management from Bellevue University.
