Suzanna Caldwell-Bare and Amy Erlandson have joined Rooster Strategic Solutions to add depth to the firm’s account service and digital offerings.

Suzanna Caldwell-Bare is Rooster’s new senior digital strategic manager and brings more than 20 years of media industry experience in digital communications, television, marketing, promotions and sales to the consultancy. She most recently held digital director, senior manager and media project manager positions at Farm Journal.

Other professional stints for Caldwell-Bare include broadcast, digital and graphics work for NBC Local Media in Dallas and Chicago; PAX-TV in New York; and KXAN-TV in Austin, Texas. She holds a M.A. degree in New Media Studies from DePaul University and a B.S.degree in Radio, Television and Film from the University of Texas.

Amy Erlandson joins as senior account executive and will lead the implementation of communications projects for the Illinois Soybean Association and Agrisure. She most recently was account supervisor at OBP working on the United Soybean Board and National Corn Growers Association accounts and also supporting the Farm Credit and Bayer accounts during her five years with the company. Prior to OBP, she served as a coordinator for Birkey’s Farm Store – a Case IH dealership — where she organized and managed special events and fundraisers.

Erlandson grew up on a grain farm in west central Illinois and holds a B.S. degree in Public Relations from Illinois State University.
