Andrea “Mo” Corless and Laura Heiberger have joined Rooster to add increased depth to the firm’s creative and project management offerings.
Corless comes on board as senior art director and brings more than 10 years of experience in strategic branding, campaign communications and digital design to the table. Prior to joining Rooster, she most recently was senior art director at HLK (Hughes Leahy Karlovic) in St. Louis.
Before working for HLK, Corless was senior art director at Sandbox working primarily on the Sprint, LG and Elanco accounts, as well as a designer at DMH (Diamond Merckens Hogan) in Kansas City. In addition to Elanco, her agricultural client experience includes Bayer and Channel Seed.
During her career, Corless’s work has been widely recognized with a variety of honors, including a Bronze Effie Award, three National NAMA Awards, Addy Awards in both Kansas City and St. Louis, and two HOW International Design Awards. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Kansas City Art Institute.
Heiberger joins Rooster as senior project manager. With more than 15 years of experience in advertising project management, she has worked with a variety of brands in the animal health, banking and pharmaceutical industries. Other experience includes work as an account manager and business analyst in the retirement and healthcare fields.
She was most recently a senior producer at MERGE, where she was responsible for internal management of projects from inception through completion with a focus on quality, timing and delivering on budget. Her client experience at MERGE included Elanco, Pharmacyclics, Kiniksa and other companies.
Heiberger has also worked as a senior account manager at Market Forward and as a business analyst at Capps Digital, both in Chicago. In addition, she has held a variety of positions at Hewitt Associates in Lincolnshire, Ill., including implementation consultant, business unit manager and corporate trainer. She is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
