Megan Spence

Megan Spence has joined Rooster Strategic Solutions as executive account director, bringing 20 years of communications experience to the firm. Spence — formerly Megan Wheeler — will work directly with clients and Rooster teams to develop solutions to business challenges and lead go-to-market strategies.

Spence was most recently senior account director at Paradowski Creative, where she was employed for two stints spanning seven years and previously held account manager, account lead and director positions. As senior account director, she led a $4M+ global communications account and directed planning, strategy, development and reporting for content, social and paid media campaigns.

Spence’s career path also includes serving as account director with the Cannonball Agency; vice president of account management at the Sandbox Agency; and she held both account supervisor and associate director positions at OBP.

Her client experience includes Monsanto, Bayer, Corteva and SeaWorld, and much of her focus at Rooster will be on supporting the company’s Syngenta seeds clients. Spence is a St. Louis native and earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri.

“Megan has a proven track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams to create communications strategies, launch campaigns and meet goals in a timely and cost-efficient manner,” says Rooster founder and CEO Josh Turney. “We look forward to deploying her many talents to the benefit of our clients.”
