Job Description:

  • Responsible for the concept, design and sometimes execution of integrated digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Selects the proper communication design methods and crafts concepts to ensure that the creative aligns with the brand and goal(s) of the campaign.
  • Leverages knowledge and experience in developing assets for web, mobile, social platforms and other digital media.
  • Collaborates with team members to translate marketing objectives into impactful creative across all channels.
  • Stays on top of and shares best practices and digital trends for social, email, mobile and web content.
  • Recommends technology and programs needed to ensure agency delivers cutting-edge digital work.
  • Participates in client meetings and presentations.
  • Maintains the highest quality standards and adheres to timelines and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of visual design, user-centered experience design, interaction design, brand development, and the creative process.
  • Manages work from inception through production.
  • Possesses a diverse sense of taste with the knowledge necessary to apply to various efforts.
  • Exhibits passion for our craft: design, creativity, technology.

Project Manager

What is a Project Manager?
The PM leads project initiatives from initiation through completion by taking on the day to day management of the workflow. They have primary ownership of project scoping, planning, resourcing and estimating for the job with an eye towards delivering the quality work on scope, time and budget by working closely with team leads including Creative, Account Management, Media, and Strategy.

What will the PM do?

  • Serve as day to day client contact on initiated projects
  • Manage client feedback and revision process
  • Oversee deployment and/or launch of work based on project scope
  • Manage account workflow by providing timelines on all projects and partnering with team members, freelancers and vendors on resource allocation
  • Maintain budget per client approved scope

Specific Roles/Responsibilities:

Client/Brand:
– Manages and communicates status or issues of large tactical scopes on clients to team leads

Product/Process
– Accountable for ensuring delivery of quality work on scope, time, and budget

  • Responsible for ensuring flawless execution of all programs and projects on client business
  • Leads input sessions on assigned projects
  • Supports the team with efficient kick off meetings
  • Provides feedback to help enhance the work
  • Identifies best practices on team and helps to plan implementation
  • Identifies opportunities to conduct post mortems and helps to implement lessons learned on specific project work

Culture/Talent
– Ensures number of  FTEs align to budget and scope of their client and individual projects

– Proactively identifies and secures needed resources to deliver against scope

  • Responsible for ensuring alignment with team leads across client business
  • Leads discussions with team on month-to-month forecasting
  • Partner with CD on allocating creative team and right talent to task

Financial
– Responsible for ensuring forecasting on committed work is accurate and activated at appropriate time

  • Reviews and approves SOWs, estimates
  • Proactively monitors total budgets across assigned client business and ensures out-of-scope SOWs are elevated to team leads
  • Identifies total SOW budgets based on scope or revision needs based on scope changes
  • Partners with Chief Project Manager and above to ensure client assigned forecasts are up-to-date and accurate for committed work
  • Determines hours for investments in partnership with team leads and approvals from Leadership
  • Reviews burn rate to assess trends of project budgets and forecast alerting account team of any concerns
  • Identifies best practices on team and helps to plan implementation
