Job Description:

This job reports to the Strategic Account Director.

The primary role of the senior account manager is to work directly with the client and Rooster teams to develop strategic solutions and lead the client’s go-to-market strategy. The senior account manager begins the transition into supporting strategic planning while working closely with the strategic account director. Many of the job responsibilities are consistent with an account manager role and must be upheld; however, this position manages multiple relationships with clients, leads/develops initial strategic input and sets expectations for project delivery working closely with project managers.

The senior account manager provides consultation and recommendations to the client. In this role, the senior account manager helps to solve client business, marketing, and communications problems. The senior account manager should demonstrate an understanding of the client’s business (objectives, risks, and strategies) and its marketing goals, applying them to strategic direction for projects. Senior account managers must identify opportunities for incremental growth. They should possess a “whatever it takes” mentality because a key component of this role is translating strategy to execution and being ultra-responsive. Working directly with the strategic account director they are responsible for ensuring success across all functional teams and overall client delivery.

  • Manage client relationships
  • Provides consultation and recommendations to client

  • Monitor and report on progress
  • Participate in internal status and brainstorming meetings
  • Contribute to strategy and ideation
  • Develop subject matter expertise

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience working in ag communications or advertising agency
  • Solid business writing, salesmanship, and presentation skills
  • Experience in client relationship building
  • Proficient in coordinating work and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to manage client budgets\
  • Well-organized, detail oriented and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Relationship and service-oriented
  • Extremely-responsive
  • Ability to synthesize information and provide analysis
  • Ability to contribute ideas, solutions; actively contribute in creative brainstorms
  • Accountable team player
  • Strong listening skills

Senior Account Executive

Job Description:

The primary role of the senior account executive is to serve as the day-to-day, client-facing lead in executing client projects from start to finish and handling client requests. The senior account executive works closely with the Rooster client lead for strategy support and guidance as needed. The senior account executive takes direction from the client and relays it to the Rooster team that plays a role in the work. The senior account executive also provides consultation and recommendations to the client. In this role, the senior account executive helps to solve client business, marketing, and communications problems. The senior account executive plays an active role in client strategy and planning. While this role will serve as primary contact for some Rooster clients, the senior account executive may also be assigned supporting account service tasks for other clients.

Media Coordinator

Now Hiring: Media Coordinator

Externally:  Assist the team to meet and exceed client expectations

Internally:  Work closely with the media and finance team in planning, buying and processing to deliver timely execution of projects

Core Responsibilities

The media coordinator will provide administrative support to the media team as well as support the broader finance team when the need arises.

Administrative Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Media Strategist
  • Assist in monthly/annual client reports
  • Assist in traffic/coordination of print, radio, TV and digital
  • Assist in media planning, buying and processing of invoices from vendors and to clients
  • Assist in the coordination and preparation of client presentations
  • Coordinate media invoicing process using Advantage platform
  • Follow up with media partners following RFP’s.
  • Assist with additional projects as needed

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented, strong organization skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude
