I am an early adopter as a consumer as it relates to chatbots. In customer service situations, a chatbot can keep me from working with a powerless customer service person. Instead, I can put the chatbot to the limits of its capabilities to see what all is possible. The chatbot is only as good as the customer service or policies it represents. The same is true for chatbots for advertising or conversational ads. These work very well when there is a story to tell or explain.
