Dennis HechtData intelligence specialist Dennis Hecht has joined Rooster Strategic Solutions in the newly created role of chief intelligence officer. He brings 12 years of experience leading organizations and customer-centric businesses through the adoption of sales and marketing strategies that are intelligence driven, helping them to strengthen market differentiation and build brand affinity.

Hecht’s background includes delivering actionable insights and data-backed products across a number of industries, including agriculture, manufacturing, technology, insurance and healthcare. His forte is transforming complex datasets into actionable intelligence, and revamping sales and marketing strategies and operations through modern data science techniques.

He most recently was vice president of business intelligence at Farm Journal, where he held a variety of positions over a six-year period. He also previously was business development manager for Technekes, LLC (now TKXS) and a marketing manager for Eli Global (now Global Growth).

Hecht holds dual bachelor’s of science degrees in agribusiness management and animal science from Michigan State University, and an MBA in marketing and business strategy from the University of North Carolina Kenan Flagler Business School. He lived and studied in England, Brazil, Germany and France during the course of earning those degrees.
